The apartment was new, modern, very clean, and well-equipped. It was also extremely spacious, which made the stay very comfortable. A big advantage were the safety nets on every window and even on the balconies, which made it safe and convenient to keep the windows open. The apartment had two terraces with views from one sides, perfect for relaxing. The apartment is located on the 7th floor (this information was not given, so we had to check on different floors to find it), but thanks to that the views were really nice. The location is very good – about an 8-minute walk to the metro station. What’s more, there is a shortcut: you can take the elevator down to the 2nd floor and exit through the back of the building, which saves you from walking around the whole block and leads directly to the path between the buildings. Inside the apartment, all the necessary amenities were provided: a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, tea, coffee capsules, and spices, which was a very nice touch. On top of that, there was fast WiFi and air conditioning in every room, which was a huge advantage during hot days. The host was very kind, communicative, and always willing to help. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth and convenient thanks to the key box system. As for the downsides, there was nothing that would really affect the stay. It’s just worth remembering to bring your own shampoo or shower gel, as is usually the case in private apartments. Also, since the building is very new, the elevator was still covered with protective foil from the construction, and on the right side they were still finishing the facade. Luckily, we didn’t hear any construction noise, probably because we stayed over the weekend.

Although the appartment is not at the centre of Sofia, a metro station is just outside the building, so in less than 10 minutes you can reach the most important places in the city. But the appartment is so nice and comfortable that you might want to spend more time there.

Wonderful apartment with huge terrace and a parking space, which you can’t find very often in the big cities. The place was spotless, extremely well maintained, equipped with everything you need. The beds and the sofa were so comfortable that you don’t even want to wake up. Last but not least, the location is simply perfect, you have everything just a few minutes away. I highly recommend this place!

Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben – sauber, modern und vollständig möbliert. Alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt, war vorhanden. Besonders praktisch war die Lage direkt an der Metro-Station; mit der Linie M3 ist das Stadtzentrum in etwa 30 Minuten gut erreichbar. Die Umgebung war lebendig, aber nicht störend, und da die Wohnung neu ist, gab es keinerlei Mängel. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und habe absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

L'appartement est très sympathique, les instructions d'arrivée très précise. proche du centre à 10-15min à pieds. La climatisation est bien appréciée avec les fortes chaleurs de l'été. manque peut être des ustensiles de cuisine pour préparer les repas et des rideaux plus occultants.

Overall, I rate our stay very positively. The main advantage of this accommodation is that it is close to the center, but at the same time in a quiet area. We had no problem sleeping with the window open. All information and instructions were clear and simple. The garage (as mentioned in other reviews) is a bit scary. If someone wants to film a short horror movie, the location is perfect 😂 No, I'm kidding, it's not that terrible. It would definitely be worse to park on the street. The accommodation facilities are also of a high standard. We didn't miss anything. Thank you and best regards. We struggled a bit with the shower in the bathroom. I guess it's a matter of "cultural differences".

Whatever I say about this place won’t be enough — a truly exceptional hidden gem in the outskirts of Sofia! My first impression when walking through the door was — immaculately clean, minimalistic, yet captivating design, fully equipped with anything you can think of and even stuff that you couldn’t imagine — yep they have them all. With a metro station that unlocks effortless traveling through the city, right across the street and plenty of parking spots nearby, completely free of charge — honestly I would’ve given this place 11/10 if I could. Thanks to the host for the great stay and the hospitality. I’ll definitely be visiting my new favorite place in Sofia from now on. I even booked it again for my next trip two weeks from now!

Sofya merkezinden uzak ama tam yanında metro durağı var. bizim yanimizda çocuklar olduğu için metro denemedik o yüzden merkeze uzak olmasi zorladı. ama sakın ve çok rahat bir bölgeydi. yakinlarinda yiyecek temin etmek için marketler de vardı. ve evde ihtiyaç olan herşey düşünülmüştü.

I had a wonderful stay at Georgi’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a smooth and relaxing visit. One of the best parts was the location — it’s incredibly convenient. Right next to the metro, making it super easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of supermarkets аnd shops within walking distance, plus a lovely park for a quick walk nearby. Georgi was friendly to communicate with, which made check-in and the overall experience seamless. I really appreciated the convenience and comfort this place offered — would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

My experience on Airbnb was excellent! The space was clean, comfortable and well decorated, exactly as in the photos. The host was very attentive, responded quickly to my questions and left some amazing tips about the area. The room was really clean and organized, which made the environment very pleasant.
